Red Deer, AB - Manufacturing Reciprocating Pumps -> Inspection

• Inspecting all of our manufactured parts, as well as, any parts supplied by a third party
• Use of thread gauges, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, hardness testers, surface finish and stamping
• All parts except barrels (separate inspection done on 100% of barrels)
• Inspection is based on a predetermined table indicating lot size and required sample size.  If a lot is rejected, all parts are inspected 100%.
