Our maintenance department oversees many different aspects from building/facility maintenance to preventative maintenance schedules for our manufacturing equipment and everything in between.
It is our mission to ensure minimal downtime to our manufacturing equipment as to not delay the process of any orders which could mean longer delivery for our customers’ product. For over 15 years we have used a computerized equipment maintenance software program which maintains all of our data for all of our machinery.
Semi annually we shut down each machine for regular preventative maintenance as scheduled with the supervisors & operators to ensure this will not conflict with product delivery dates. As well, on a daily basis, our machine operators have a machine check list upon start up of each machine. If there are any issues that need repair at that time, the operator fills out a maintenance request form and the maintenance department puts these issues on priority status. Equipment is continually maintained and upgraded as needed.
