Pull-Down Pump - Quinn's Heavy Oil Pump System
Quinn's Heavy Oil Pump design enables higher fluid volumes with the same surface equipment. The Pull-Down pump minimizes internal barrel pressure on the downstroke. This allows the hydrostatic head to create an additional down force and maintain tension on the rod string. This also enables existing pumping equipment to operate more efficiently by alleviating rod fall problems associated with viscous fluid production. This pump design has allowed producers to increase their stroke rate significantly as well as reducing pump equipment loading.
