Scale Pump - Quinn's Scale Pump System
The Scale Pump design allows producers to effectively pump wells where scale and gypsum have historically been a problem. Wells with these types of problems are generally low or marginally producing wells. Therefore, the market demands an economical pump design. Quinn's design, combined with new materials and coatings, addresses this problem providing producers another tool with which to combat scale. The design minimizes the chance of scale build-up which can cause the plunger to seize. The design also decreases the pressure drops within the pump. In essence, this lessens the amount of scale which can precipitate out.
