System for 5-1/2" Casing
· 30 - 100 m3/day with single liner separator

· 2-3/4" bore water disposal pump on bottom
· two 5/8" tubes from hydrocyclone to oil concentrate pump
· outer housing is 4-1/2" casing
· upper pump 1-1/2" to 2-1/4" w/ 1-1/8" connecting seal rod
· 3-1/2" EUE tubing connections

System for 7" Casing
· 90 - 300+ m3/day with triple liner separator
· 3-1/4" bore water disposal pump on bottom
· two ¾" tubes from hydrocyclone to oil concentrate pump
· outer housing is 5-1/2" casing
· upper pump is 1-1/2" to 2-3/4"
· connecting seal rod is 1-1/8" to 1-1/2"
· 4-1/2" tubing or casing connections

Downhole Oil/Water Hydrocyclone Separation System

A dual reciprocating rod pump system that utilizes hydrocyclone separation technology to separate oil and water downhole and then pumps an oil rich stream to surface while disposing of the majority of the produced water downhole in the same wellbore.
