Quinn's Oilfield Supply Quality Assurance System is registered to ISO 9001 and is certified by API to meet requirements of the API Specifications Q1 and 11 AX. We were the first pump manufacturer to achieve the ISO registration in 1993.
All of our product must go through numerous inspections at each operation throughout the entire manufacturing process. Final acceptance of the product is performed by independent personnel.
Our Quality Assurance System is supported by our Engineering Department. Engineering is equipped with Solid Works 3D mechanical CAD, Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software for enhanced pump component design, validation, and optimization capabilities.
Quinn's metallurgical lab provides quality control testing of our special processes to ensure compliance to all requirements and it also has failure analysis capabilities.
In 1997, our Quality System was upgraded and registered to ISO 9001. Our Quality System is also certified to meet the requirements of API Q1 and API 11AX standards. Our repair facilities are managed from Head Office.
